Tasting note.
Clean and bright, pale yellow with greenish reflections, fine and constant bubbles. On the nose, considerable intensity, certain citrus touches, fresh, and with a certain creaminess. Excellent integration of carbonic and correct acidity.

Fresh pasta, carpaccios, seafood, fish, nuts.

Elaboration: Fermentation temperature 12-15 ºC.
