Unlike the vast majority of breeders who work with mixed-breed Iberian pigs, Cinco Jotas selects only specimens of pure Iberian breed and has a team of veterinarians and agricultural technicians who are exclusively dedicated to the study, care and control of the animal: 100% Iberian pork. The black seal guarantees the product as 100% Iberico de Bellota and, therefore, it is also a guarantee of excellence and quality. Only products marked with the black label can be called black leg.
