CATA’S NOTES
Bright yellow with green hues.
We find many nuances and high complexity in its aroma. On the nose, green olives, freshly cut grass, apple and tomato stand out. As secondary nuances, fennel, savory and cinnamon spices and green nuts appear.
The almond stands out in the mouth and in the aftertaste, we find the apple and tomato plant. Medium delicate fruity EVOO, with low intensity of spiciness and bitterness.
