Pasteurized cow’s milk (min. 30%), sheep (min. 30%) and goat (min. 30%), salt, rennet, stabilizer, calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (derived from eggs) and lactic ferments. Inedible bark. In bark: preservatives (E-202, E-235) and coloring E-160b. Origin of milk Spain.
