Pigs raised outdoors that are fed with high quality feed and fed also with grasses and some acorn in season, very thin leg and fat interspersed, very juicy and sweet ham.
Cured of more than 36 months.
Raised by extensive system. The pigs under this system are integrated into the natural environment, remaining free in all their life stages.
