Sobrassada is a raw, cured sausage from the Balearic Islands made with ground pork, paprika and salt and other spices.
Ingredients: Bacon with antioxidants (E-320 and E-321) and 92% lean pork, paprika, salt and spices, ripening regulators (sugars), stabilizers (E-450 and E-451), antioxidants (E-301), preservative E-252 and natural pork casing.
