- The conditions under which customers can return a product will be when a damaged product is treated, in poor condition or unsatisfactory.
- The term that the client will have to return a product up to 5 days after having bought it.
- The requirements to make a refund effective, for example, that the product is in good condition (if it is a refund for dissatisfaction), must be in the same state with which it was purchased.
- If before the return of the product, the customer will be refunded the money he paid for it, or the product will be exchanged for a similar one or for other products.
