PRODUCTION<\/p>\n
It is made only in vintages of exceptional quality from grapes overripe in the vineyard of the Monastrell variety. They are very old vineyards caressed by the warm air of the Mare Nostrum and raised for more than 30 years by the traditional system of soleras. It is characterized by its high alcohol content, coming from the sugar existing in the grape itself over ripening in the same plant. It is totally natural, with no added sugars.
