Ham from 9 to 10 kg. Total weight, boned and made with vacuum clean pieces, is served with vacuum-packed bone, very juicy, veined and with healing of more than 24 months.
These cured pieces are appreciated for their great flavor, come from the Eresma pigs reared in our farms in Segovia, fed with their own feed made with the best cereals.
